1. General Terms & Conditions

Pk971 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between pk971 and all its registered members. Using any pk971 service means you voluntarily agree to all terms of this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. pk971 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will be updated on the website.

Pk971 provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only. We make no claim that gaming is a guaranteed source of income. All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties.

2. Account Registration & Verification

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register on pk971. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and pk971 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Providing a false date of birth will result in account termination, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may only hold one pk971 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all will be closed and any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled. This policy is strictly enforced.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and national ID details. As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, pk971 may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence at any time. Providing incorrect information may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Deposits on pk971 are currently accepted via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 100 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000. The daily total deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–24 hours, though during peak periods it may take slightly longer.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If money laundering is suspected, pk971 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request pending investigation.
• Pk971 is not responsible for any failed transactions caused by bank or mobile banking issues.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on pk971 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and a conversion fee may be charged.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive pk971's welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit of BDT 500 must be made within 72 hours of registration. The bonus amount may change from time to time — check the promotions page for the latest offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — typically 15–30x the bonus amount. Different games contribute at different rates: slots at 100%, Live Casino at 10%–20%, and Sports Betting contributions vary depending on the odds.

• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Pk971 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time without providing a reason.
• Bonus balance and real money balance are tracked separately.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Pk971 reserves the right to decline any bet. In the event of a technical error, server issue, or irregularity detected in a related sports event, pk971 reserves the right to void the bet. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limits

The maximum bet limit for a single event depends on the event type and market. pk971 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time. VIP members may place bets at higher limits.

5.3 Live Betting

Real-time odds are displayed in the Live Betting section. Due to network delays, a bet may not be placed at the odds shown — in such cases, the latest applicable odds will apply. pk971 is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk971 platform:

• Arbitrage Betting — Attempting to profit risk-free by exploiting odds differences across platforms.
• Bots & Automation — Using any software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Collusion — Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Fraud — Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for personal gain.
• Money Laundering — Using pk971 for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Multiple Accounts — Creating multiple accounts under the same individual's name.
• Account Sale or Transfer — Sharing or selling your account to another person.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited. pk971 reserves the right to report information to law enforcement authorities if required.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Pk971 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is breached.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If a member submits a request to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless fraud is established through investigation. Members may appeal to the support team if they wish.

10. Changes to Terms & Legal Interpretation

Pk971 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be governed by the laws of pk971's licensing authority. It is the member's own responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country. pk971 cannot guarantee that its services are lawful under your local jurisdiction.
